McDowall Company has been installing heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for industrial, commercial and governmental facilities since 1948. We provide these HVAC systems through the use of plans and specifications developed by others (Plan and Spec method) or by custom designing a system for the customer's needs and applications (Design-Build method). Whether it is a plan and spec or a design/build type project, our correct assessment of our customer's needs, intelligent system design, informed manufacturers' selection, precise installation and experienced maintenance capabilities have made us a leader in the industry.

Because of our size, our well-equipped in-house fabrication plant and its skilled tradesmen, each installation will deliver years of reliable service. McDowall's computer-aided design capabilities lend added versatility and quality to any size project. From fabrication of sheet metal to installation of ductwork and equipment, the McDowall method consistently results in cost-effective, reliable and comfortable working environments.
