Award-Winning Roofs

McDowall Company recently reached a roofing industry milestone, receiving its 500th Perfect 10 installation rating from Carlisle SynTec, a leading manufacturer of commercial roof systems. McDowall is one of only 49 authorized applicators in North America to have attained this high level of achievement in Carlisle’s quality recognition program. The company has installed over eight million square feet of warranted Carlisle roofing systems since becoming a Carlisle-authorized applicator in 1977. They are a member of Carlisle’s Hall of Fame, and a two-time Carlisle ESP (Excellence in Single-Ply) award winner.

McDowall Company has earned the Master Select Contractor status with GAF for installation of built-up asphalt roofs.  

McDowall Company is also a member of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) and the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA).
